We want our site visitors and members to have the very best possible experience when visiting the LMCCA site. With that in mind, we have developed some online help information to assist you with the various features available to you on this site.

Login and Access To Your Account

LMCCA members and registered users of this site may access the secure area of this site by following these steps:

1. Go to the MY ACCOUNT page

This will take you to the account login page:

2. You will be asked to enter your username/email and password

NOTE: If you need to reset or recover your password, you can do so using the LOST YOUR PASSWORD? link found on the login page. This will allow you to reset/recover your password using our site’s automated recovery system.

1. From the Top Navigation Bar, Select MY PLACES

2. You will see your business listing on the PLACES page. You can edit your listing by clicking the pencil icon/box (outlined in yellow below):


3. The page will refresh and you will see your business profile in EDIT mode. You can edit/update the profile listing by making changes to the edit form.

1. From the Top Navigation Bar, Select PROFILE

2. You will see your profile in EDIT mode. Make any changes and save the form.

1. From the Top Navigation Bar, Select MY PLACES

2. Select your business listing by clicking on the blue pencil box (see below)

3. From the EDIT page, scroll down to the ADDITIONAL INFO section. you will see 2 multi-select boxes – one for Certifications and one for Designations.

NOTE: These are multi-select list boxes. To select multiple items, hold down the “Ctrl” (Control) key and click each item to select. To remove an item, hold down the “Ctrl” key and de-select the item you want to remove.

MAC users should use the “Command” key for the steps listed above.

4. Make sure to save your changes by clicking the button at the bottom of the form
